Comprising the whole of the upper floor of this charming cottage and 150 square meters in size, in a quiet and peaceful area, this luxury self catering sea facing Penthouse Apartment has its own private entrance, a large lounge furnished in beach house style with 6 metre wide patio doors which lead out onto an enormous balcony with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostle mountains. A dining area is in the lounge with a table & chairs.
Adjoining the lounge is a beautiful and well appointed double suite, with a panoramic sea view, large sea facing balcony with table and chairs. The suite has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with separate free standing bath, shower, and an antique oak wash stand, air-conditioning and fan and a mini kitchen with self-catering facilities. The TV has streaming access to You Tube and some international news channels.
The apartment has fast reliable WiFi and leads onto a wide balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and mountains, and looks out onto a beautiful garden with lots of birds. Wake up to the relaxing sound of birdsong in the mornings. Peace and tranquility in a quiet location but only a couple of minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag Camps Bay beach andof its amenities and many fabulous restaurants.
The apartment is a short 5 minute drive to the wind free Clifton beaches and beautiful Llandudno beach is only a 15 minute drive away. One of the most beautiful drives in the world, Chapmans Peak is also only 15 minutes drive away. Table Mountain is only 2 km away and for hikers there is easy access onto the mountains just up the road from our Cottage. The V & A Waterfront with its shopping, harbour and restaurant facilities is only 15 minutes drive away whilst Cape Town International Airport is 25 km away. We are very centrally located forof the many attractions Cape Town has to offer and we invite you to come and enjoy a relaxing stay in the apartment at our beautiful cottage.
